Researchers must review numerous standardized criteria that determine the design of mechanical transmissions with gears in order to keep up current developments engineering practice. In classical there are various standards concerning calculation load capacity spur and helical gears. Both them further used evaluate state stress due bending tooth. There many for calculating traditional design. also assess caused by tooth bending. The purpose this study is compare results calculations using ISO AGMA those obtained FE approach. analysis, two methods embodied (ISO 6336-1,2,3: 2003 Standard 2101 – D04) method all following: gear, geometry, working conditions, applied load, static conditions involute transmission. This problem was solved use Unigrafix NX ANSYS environments generation which complaret 6336 D04. paper, gear modelled software operation analysed ANSYS. All three procedures were compared.
